Itinerary

Day 01: Drive to Dharapani via Besisashar

Today it is 6 hours to travel to Besisashar by Public vehicle. After a short rest we have to drive off-road for 2 hours to Dharapani in the afternoon. Overnight stay in Tea House

Day 02: Trek to Chame

Today is our first day of Hike. We will begin our walk from Dharapani to Chame, which is ascended to 2710 m. Your trek will be 5-6 hours along the river side, experiencing amazing scenery and mountains like Mt. Lamjung and Annapurna. Overnight stay in Tea House

Day 03: Trek to Pisang

We’ll head for Pisang after our breakfast. Trek with gentle slopes would be normal. It’ll usually take 5 hours to reach Pisang.

Two Pisang: Upper Pisang, and Lower Pisang. By then, the campsite will be determined as we come close to it. Both the Pisang are nearby so wherever we stay for camp, it’s close. Mt. Annapurna II can be seen right from Pisang. Overnight Stay in Tea House

Day04: Trek to Manang

Today, we should enter a beautiful small village called Manang.  Manang is also the perfect location to acclimatize the body with the altitude. We will walk 6/7 hours to reach Manang. Overnight stay in Tea House

Day 05: Acclimatization day in Manang

It is acclimatization day, today. Mainly the day is held to let the body adapt with altitude and weather. You can also take the day as a recovery day.

Today we’ll hike across Gangapurna Glacier to Chongur View Point. You’ll even find beautiful lake glacier.

After we finish our exploring, we’ll go back to camp and be ready for the next day. Overnight stay at Tea House

Day 06: Trek to Shree Kharka

Manang is also a location that divides two trails; one to Lake Tilicho and another to Thorongla Pass Respectively.

Since we’re going to visit the Tilicho Lake at the beginning, we’re going to go to Shree Kharka. We’re going to need 5–6 hours of trek today. Overnight stay at Tea House

Day 07: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp

We will head to the Tilicho Base Camp as we finish our breakfast. Today, our trek will take 4-5 hours to complete normal. The trails are small and narrow. Overnight stay at Tea House

Day 08: Trek to Tilicho Lake

Today is the day to enter our first destination; Lake Tilicho. We’ll walk to Lake Tilicho early in the morning.

We’ll be exploring Tilicho Lake taking beautiful pictures of the lake and returning to base camp. Overnight stay at Tea House

Day 09: Trek to Yak Kharka via Mesokanta Pass

As we are going to pass over Mesokanta pass today. We’re going to climb steep uphill and give some time to enjoy the view from the pass and catch some lovely moments from the pass.

We will descend down after the pass and enter Yak Kharka. Overnight Stay at Tea House

Day 10: Trek to Jomsom

Today our target is Jomsom. The path descends most of the time with standard slopes. It takes 4–5 hours to get to Jomsom. Overnight Stay at Tea House

Day 11: Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara

After breakfast at Jomsom hotel, short walk to Domestic airport. Board and fly to Pokhara. Arrival transfer to hotel… Rest of the day is free for explore around Lakeside Pokhara.

Overnight in Pokhara

Day 12: Drive back to Kathmandu.

After breakfast, we bid farewell to Pokhara’s stunning northern skyline, and head towards Kathmandu. Free evening for your own leisure activities or shopping or exploring the tourist market of Thamel Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 13: Drive to airport and fly back:

The last day of the Journey, you will be dropped at Airport at your desired time of departure. Fly back to your place.

Tilicho Lake Mesokanta Pass Trekking is a medium trek that starts via Kathmandu on the west drive. We have scheduled departures as per the best trekking periods. Accommodations

In Kathmandu and Pokhara, You can get hotel from standard to 5 star rooms as per your budget set but during the Tilicho Lake Mesokanta Pass Trekking, clean but normal tea house lodges are available for sleeping. We provide the lodge with basic facilities during the trekking route. We are not able to provide deluxe rooms at a higher altitude, but our guide will arrange the best among of them for you.

Meals

During your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara, breakfast is included and all meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) are included during the trekking routes. Even though in the mountain, you can have selections of meals that can be chosen from the menu. From Dal Bhat (Nepal`s typical food), Indian and continental items are available in the guest houses or restaurants during the Tilicho Lake Mesokanta Pass Trekking.

Physical Fitness and Skill Requirements

Being a decent trek, 5/6 hiking hours during the trek is appropriate. You do require a earlier trekking skill. Having a basic physical fitness is enough for the trek. Nonetheless, your medical conditions and health counselors’ guidance should be followed by you. Tilicho Lake Mesokanta Pass Trekking is one of the second-highest passes of the Annapurna region.

Best Time to Trek

The good season to trek in Annapurna circle is March to May (spring time) and September to early December (autumn).
