The Government of Nepal has announced an issue for the flight operation to Lukla. Most of the flights to Lukla will commence from Ramechhap until further notice to avoid the heavy traffic congestion in Kathmandu airport. The airport in Ramechhap is located 130km from Kathmandu (approximately 3-4 hours drive).
The Panchase trek Pokhara is ideal for hikers seeking a unique Himalayan trekking experience with amazing views without time (or stamina) needed for a long trek.
It starts near the famous city of lakes, Pokhara, takes only four days, and can be completed in autumn, winter, or spring.
This four-day trek is one of Nepal’s simpler treks, making it a good choice for families with children, couples, elderly people, or travelers who just want to experience nature more comfortably.
Each day of trekking is simple, only three or four hours, meaning there is a lot of time to rest and admire the scenery, take photos, and relax at the end of the day in the villages to witness or even engage in local village life.
If you are willing to trek in a popular and busy trail then we do have Ghorepani Poonhill Trek for you.

Day 01: Today we take a boat and cross Lake Phewa, Trek to Bumdi [1520m]
From Pokhara, an instant boat ride across the lovely Phewa Lake will take you to the trek point. The first jungle climb will take you to the staircase leading to World Peace Pagoda. This Buddhist stupa is one of over 80 Peace Pagodas globally, designed to unite people from around the world and encourage world peace. Besides being an incredible sight in itself, from this perspective you do get spectacular views of the mountains, Phewa Lake, and the city below. After walking around this beautifully beautiful stupa, you continue down the forest on small walking paths before hiking back up to follow an open jeep trail snaking across the hill that will lead you through the village of Lukum Swara. Today’s final climb takes you to Bumdi village, home to Gurung and Brahman men, where you’ll spend the night and understand more about these societies.
Day 02: Today, Trek to Panchase Bhanjyang [2065m]
After a simple ascent to wake you up, the trail continues through the gorgeous forest where you can see mountains frequently peeking out of trees. Today is a perfect day for nature lovers, because the trail winds across numerous trees and plants, and you can hear the birds overhead – you can even spot a monkey! Arising from the jungle at Thulunchour you proceed under the forest cover until you enter a gravel road from which you can see scenic mountain views. Those include the Annapurnas, Lamjung, Gangapurna, and Machhapuchhare (Fishtail) as well as three peaks around 8,000 m away: Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I and Manalsu and continuing along the jeep trail leads slowly uphill to Panchase Bhanjyang. Like last night’s stay, this village is home to Gurung and Brahman.
Day 03: Today, Trek to Bhadaure [1670m]
You ascend the stone steps this morning to Panchase peak at almost 2,500 m, the maximum height of your trek. From here you will again be greeted with spectacular views across the mountains, and there is an opportunity to get up early for sunrise! You descend to Alldanda after holding your breath and making your surroundings. This afternoon is an easy stroll down to your campsite, with daily mountain views above and villages below. The guesthouse is situated just above Bhadaure, where you can witness a blend of cultures as there are a number of families like Gurung, Kami, and Brahman.
Day 04: Today,Trek to Naudanda [1515m], drive to Pokhara [800m]
Beginning today with a drop down the stone steps to the village of Bhadaure, proceed along the jeep trail that takes you across a small stream and through normal villages, where you will have the chance to speak with locals and children will ask for chocolate! Once you enter Naudanda, the route will touch the highway and your car will wait to pick you up and take you back to the pleasant city of Pokhara in time for lunch on ‘Lakeside!’
