Importance Note

The atmosphere is erratic at high altitudes, so the environment in the Everest area can have an effect on your trip. Flights may also be delayed or canceled. In such a scenario, be prepared to spend additional days than the expected days. Due to unexpected shifts, make your mind save more than 2 to 3 days in the mountainous region. If you’re fortunate enough and the weather gets good after one or two hours, we’ll ride to Kathmandu from Gorakshep on that same day. In the case of weather disturbance, you will have to decline so that walking preparations may also take more than 2 or 3 days. We should enter Lukla from Gorakshep after 2 to 3 days ‘ travel. From there we will catch a flight to Kathmandu. It may change the adjustments to your international as well as domestic flights. The cost will not be reimbursed, but will be covered by the cost of meal, accommodation and guide. Thus, walk-on with a few days off on stock. This unforeseen situation can also occur in the best seasons, so make it better to spend more than 9 days in the middle of this helicopter tour. With a slight change of route with downhill relics:

Physical fitness is a major part of trekking. Altitude sickness during Everest Base Camp Luxury Treks

AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) is also known as altitude sickness. People normally start feeling the influence of Altitude Sickness above 3,000 feet. AMS typically involves a severe headache, sickness, and loss of consciousness. It would be safer if you were to say your trekking guide at the stage where you experience AMS symptoms. He’ll advise you on managing your question. For the most part, discomfort at altitude leads to physical exertion and fatigue completely. And consume 3-4 liters of water every day in every case other than tea and coffee that serves as diuretics.
