Day 01: Arrival in Paro and sightseeing in Paro (2,250m / 7,382ft)

Arrival at Paro. Our tour representative will transfer you to the hotel. Rest day for sightseeing, visit Drukgyel Dzong, Ta Dzong also spiritually and historically significant Kyichu Lhakhang Monastery.

Day 02: Paro to Thimphu (2,320m/7,610ft): 54 km, 1 hour, hike to Taktsang Monastery

After breakfast, today you will be transferred to Thimphu. An astounding scenic drive with mesmerizing mountains and flowing rivers. Then start the hike to the most famous monastery of Bhutan – Taksang Monastery situated at the edge of 1200m cliff.

Day 03: Sightseeing in Thimphu

After breakfasts go for Thimphu sightseeing including Memorial Chorten, Buddha Point, Tashichho Dzong, Motithang zoo, Zilukha Nunnery, Institute for Zorig Chusum (Museum) Textiles Museum, Zangthopelri Lhakhang Monastery. You’ll get a great national character in the architectural style of Thimphu.
