Anupa Apartment Terms and Conditions – Kathmandu

1. Illegal Activities: No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.

2. Discipline: Strict adherence to discipline is mandatory for all residents.

3. Fully Furnished: The apartment is fully furnished, featuring 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 hall with a balcony, and a kitchen equipped with necessary appliances. Additionally, a clothes drying rack is provided. Guests will receive additional bedding such as bedsheets, blanket covers, and pillow covers with the room.

4. Damage Responsibility: Guests are financially responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

5. Cooking Gas: Guests are responsible for purchasing their own cooking gas.

6. Electricity Bill: Guests are required to pay the monthly electricity bill, as measured by a separate meter.

7. WiFi Usage: WiFi charges will be divided among guests and paid monthly.

8. No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

9. Laundry Service: Laundry service is available at a fixed cost of 500 per use, inclusive of washing powder.

10. Advance Payment: Full advance payment is mandatory, or arrangements can be discussed for long-term stays such as yearly agreements.

11. Housekeeping Service (Optional): If required, housekeeping service is available at a minimum cost payable to the maid. This service includes cleaning the room, hall, kitchen, and bathroom three times a week.

12. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of adults allowed for apartment rental is 4. Visitors are permitted during the day only. For overnight stays, permission from the house owner is required.

13. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of NPR 20,000 is required at the beginning of the agreement, to be adjusted for any outstanding bills upon contract completion.

14. Premise Use: Access to common areas beyond private rooms requires permission. Rooftop access is prohibited without authorization.
