Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

  • Arrival in Kathmandu: Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll be greeted by a representative from Mountain Hike Nepal.
  • Check-in: Proceed to check-in at Royal Kings Hotel Kathmandu, a comfortable and well-located hotel in Thamel.
  • Welcome Dinner: Enjoy a traditional Nepali welcome dinner at Atomix Bar and Grill Rooftop Restaurant, featuring a delicious Nepali Thali.

Day 02: Half-Day Tour and Trekking Preparation

  • Breakfast: Start your day with a hearty breakfast at 7:30 AM.
  • Tour: At 8:30 AM, meet your guide, and depart in the Toyota Hiace for a half-day tour of Syambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) and Boudhanath Stupa, two of Nepal’s most famous spiritual landmarks.
  • Lunch: After the tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Return to Hotel: Arrive back at Royal Kings Hotel Kathmandu by 1:00 PM.
  • Trekking Briefing: Meet your Mountain Hike Nepal trekking guide, discuss your upcoming Everest Base Camp trek, and receive guidance on packing for the trek.
  • Exploring Thamel: Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring Thamel, Kathmandu’s lively tourist district.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
